1. We send you by email over 4 weeks, 8 modules of written (by Fergus) material that people can self study. The modules cover all of the things taught on the ETP project management workshop. The modules are written in a style identical to the way Fergus teaches the courses. Your organisation can make unlimited copies of this material now and in the future.
The 8 modules are;
o Goal Setting
o Estimating
o Supply and Demand
o Managing Risk
o Managing Expectations
o Tracking and Status Reporting
o Running Multiple Projects
o Work Less, Achieve More / Having a Life.
2. You get 2 month’s support by email with Fergus or another ETP Senior Consultant available to:
o Answer questions
o Review plans or any other work that people want to send me
o Provide any other guidance that they need?
The two months is measured from the time the first module is delivered. It is possible to get further support if required.
3. You get a 1-hour online seminar with Fergus at a time of your choosing.
The charge for this training is € 3,950 with further support available at a cost of € 595 per month.
