This Guide describes the issues involved in running multiple projects successfully. There are two conditions that must be met if you are to run multiple projects successfully. The first is that you personally must have enough time to devote to each of these projects. The second condition is that your organisation i.e. your pool of project workers needs to have enough time to devote to them. Both these conditions must be met if you are to run multiple projects successfully.

We are also presupposing that each individual project is being run in accordance with Guide #1 How To Run Successful Projects.
