- Learn the three principles (as well as a multiplicity of tactics) necessary to fix this situation.
- Identify your own individual action plan
- Present this action plan to the other people on the workshop.
- Learn how to deal with guilt and approval-seeking.
The workshop is not a time management course with its one-size-fits-all formula. Rather each attendee works out individual personal targets and develops their own workable plan to achieve these targets.
